Have you met your back?
It is behind you.
It is also in front of you,
the last line of defense for your core.

On your back you will find
you can lie supine.
Do you remember?

When was the last time you noticed
how it feels in your back
for you to inhale
supine
for you to exhale
curl the pelvis to the sky
for it to inhale
holding you still
exhaling
articulating down again?

Your shoulders and back
long estranged from
each other
learn to share language again
bringing awareness of your
incredible powerhouse.
